The warning (or restriction) is created in the Drug Restrictions screen and this restriction is then filed in the Drug - Internal Data screen.

To create a restriction:
Field 1. Restriction Code - enter a code that you would like to create
Field 2. Description - Add the description of the restriction.
Enter through the remaining fields and file the page.
This new restriction can now be applied to any drug, as described below.
To access the Drug - Internal Data screen to attach this Restriction to a particular drug:

Field 1, enter the generic code of the drug for which the message is required
Field 11: Enter the restriction code(s) and then file the screen.
NB: Field 2: Active (Y/N) will require entry of `Y' before the screen can be filed.
When the item is dispensed, a box will appear at the bottom of the Dispensing Screen with the restriction that has been created for that particular drug
