A suspended Doctor's record can be reinstated or unsuspended.
To reinstate a Doctor go into the Doctors screen:
To access the Doctors - Pharmacy Dispensing screen:

7. Doctors - Pharmacy Dispensing
OR
Zoom [DOC
When the cursor is on the option line of this screen, type `/R' and then File the screen. The doctor will be reinstated.
To delete a Doctor go into the Doctors screen:
Dispense
8. Reference File Maintenance
7. Doctors - Pharmacy Dispensing
OR
Zoom [DOC
When the cursor is on the option line of this screen, type `/D' and then File the screen. The doctor will be suspended.
