The Patient Alert screen is found in:

To remove an alert, type the field number for the alerts (2) minus the line number ie 2-1:
This will remove line 2 of the Alerts.
File the screen.
To change the order that the alerts appear, type S (for swap) in the Option line. The message below will appear:
To swap lines 1 and 2 enter: 1-2 and then file the screen:
