A family member can be removed from the Safety Net screen by entering their new Medicare number in the Patient Extended Information screen found in:

Dispense
2. Patient Information
3. Patients - Extended Information
Field 2. Medicare

When the cursor is in the option line, type 12a to add an entry into Field 12.
Field 12: HIC CN / SN Annual Cards
