It is possible to export an Imprest list to Excel from the Imprest List Maintenance screen.


To access this screen:

3. Imprest Stock
1. Imprest List Maintenance / Print



  • In the option line of the Imprest List Maintenance screen, enter ‘E’ to export the currently displayed list.
  • The screen will prompt for a location on your PC to save the exported list.
  • The list can be opened directly with Excel.
