1. When the error message contains the number - `103' or `101' eg ERR = 0103 it is a network error.

1st thing to try:

Remove network cable from the cradle, count to 10, then plug in again.

If this fails, contact your IT department.


2. For error messages containing - 2ERR= 505h ERL=18ECh

Reset the scanner:

  1. Turn off the scanner;
  2. "1" + "SF" + "PW(power)". The scanner should show "System Menu". If the scanner does not show "System Menu", go back to 1;
  3. select "Excecute Programe" (+ "ENT");
  4. select "PHARMHOS.PD4" (+ "ENT");
