The Issue Measure can be set to `I', `U' or `E'ither in the Stock Data screen.

Field 6. Issue Measure
Select `I', `U' or `E'ither
`I' - will set the Issue Measure to `I"
`U' - will set the Issue Measure to `U'
`E' - will allow the Issue Measure in the Stock Adjustment screen to be selected as `I' or `U'.
