An Imprest Site "TEMP" appears in Field 7. Imprest Site of the Product Bar Code Labels and will not allow entry of any other Imprest Site.
The Product Bar Code labels can be accessed by 2 routes:
To remove the Imprest site and List Reference of "Temp":
Access the Product Barcode Label screen by going to:
Inventory
3. Imprest Stock
7. Global Imprest Change/Deletion Field - "1:Inv Code" ; Enter any Inventory code.
You are now in Field - "5. Subst. Code". Enter any Generic code, or simply "\" to get down to the bottom "Option" line.
Select Field - 6<Bar Code Printing>, to enter the 'Product Barcode Labels' screen.
When in the Product Bar Code Labels screen, escape out of every screen that appears until the cursor is on the Main menu screen.
When the Product Bar Code Labels screen is now accessed, the Imprest Site of "TEMP" will no longer be visible.
