Troubleshooting:


Reset the scanner (data will not be lost)

If the unit doesn’t respond at all it needs to be restarted. Restart the application by doing the following:

1. Power off the unit

2. Hold down "1" and "SF", and then the Power button as well on the unit. You should now see System Menu
     If you don't see it redo Step 1.

3. Select "1" and then "Ent" in System menu

4. Select "PHARMHOS.PD4" and then "Ent". You should be in the main menu.

Try sending the file again.
