To Create a New Pack Label
In any field zoom - [LBL
Or go to : Dispense → 4. Label Printer
Field I. Label Code - enter at least one letter of the required label description (or more to refine the search):
If the label does not exist, you will be prompted to:
Press Y to accept.
- Field 2. Description - Enter the description for the label
- Field 5<Label Details> - Enter the required text for the label
- Enter through Field 6 <Print Control>
- Field 8. Labels to Print - Enter the number of labels required
- Field 9. Barcode - Create a new barcode if required
- Field 3. <Default Settings> and Field 4. <Optional Margins> are preset and do not require editing
- Option line - File the screen to save the label
To Print Existing Pack labels
In any field zoom - [LBL
Or go to : Dispense → 4. Label Printer
- Field I. Label Code - enter at least one letter of the required label description (or more to refine the search)
- Select the required Label
- Field 8. Labels to Print - Enter the number of labels required.
- Option line - type P followed by ENTER to print the label
- Enter Y when prompted to print
To Edit Existing Pack Labels
In any field zoom - [LBL
Or go to : Dispense → 4. Label Printer
- Field I. Label Code - enter at least one letter of the required label description (or more to refine the search)
- Select the required Label
- Enter 5 at the Option line to navigate to the Label Details Field.
- Use the arrow keys to move to the text which needs to
be amended and delete or re enter as appropriate.
- Press Enter repeatedly until at the Option line
- Enter F to update and save the label
